This is for you Tracy. It's Jeanette's recipe. Have fun with all your apples.
Applesauce Cake
1c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. applesauce
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp salt
Mix and pour into a greased 9x13. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 min.

YUM - that sounds tasty - and so autumnal.
This recipe originally came from Dale's mom, Norma. I love it and it freezes well, stores well and eats well.
