Jinny's Fabulous Rice Pilaf

1/2 cube margerine
1/2 cup orzo
Saute' til lightly browned
3 cups water
1 cup rice
2-3 chicken boullion cubes

simmer 20 minutes, covered.

let stand for a few minutes.

I like to at least double or triple this - it gets eaten up quickly. It's good with a nice roasted chicken, or with peas, salad and rolls if you're in a hurry.


PS - I hope this is right - I haven't found the recipe - so I'm doing this from memory.
