You should get the Ben & Jerry's recipe book. It's good for endless delightful homemade ice cream concoctions, as long as you don't mind all the heavy cream and sugar and bad-for-you stuff that the recipes call for.
Yes, that book is the bible of ice cream making. You can order it from amazon, I think I also saw it at barnes and nobles. It is worth the expense.
i lOVE the B&J cook book - I gave it to my dad one year for his birthday.
I think it's unanimous - B&J is the way to go.
also MArtha Stewart has some good ones, but they often have egg, which I find a bit disconcerting.
